My 23rd Birthday!

Yes! I am finally 23 years old! Aries season is officially winding down and I thought I'd share some photos from my birthday dinner. 

I had a dinner a Gyu Kaku in Flushing. It's a Japanese BBQ restaurant that offers surprisingly affordable options. I ended up having garlic rice with shrimp and salmon with an appletini. 

I also dyed my hair back to blue/black. I was so upset the color washed out after two months. I think my hair just doesn't hold color well. I tried a new brand of dye so hopefully this time it stays better. I'm also going to be using a better color safe hair products so stay tuned :)

My birthday outfit was a whole situation in itself. I was originally going to wear a transparent dress from Zara, but at the last minute I ended up not feeling it. I was looking high and low for a dress and ended up finding this dress from PrettyLittleThing. It wasn't expensive at all and it ended up working out really well because I was afraid my cup size would be too small for the dress but it ended up working out. I paired it with some simple black scrappy heels, I didn't want the shoes distracting from the dress. The dress comes in black as well but red so super fun, bright and fiery, I had to bring in my 23rd the right way.
